These Terms of Service govern your use of onthehealingjourney.com and your purchase of any products or resources offered by On The Healing Journey. Who we are

On The Healing Journey is a faith-based emotional wellness brand created by Autumn Dillon, based in Georgia, United States. We offer printed and digital workbooks, a children's faith book, curated bundles, and speaking and event services for women.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through this site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and orders

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, though colors and printed finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All prices are listed in United States Dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Digital products and license

When you purchase a digital workbook or PDF, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it for your own healing and reflection. You may print a copy for your personal use.

You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, upload, or reproduce any digital product, in whole or in part, or use its contents to create competing materials. Sharing a download link or file with others is not permitted. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Physical products and shipping

Our printed journals and books are made to order through a print-on-demand partner and produced especially for you. Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, digital sales are final once downloaded, made-to-order physical items cannot be returned for change of mind, and any item that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted will be replaced or refunded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our products, including text, workbook prompts, artwork, logos, designs, and the names of our workbook series, is the property of On The Healing Journey and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
