Here is what to expect after you order.

Digital products

Digital workbooks and PDFs are delivered electronically, so there is no shipping involved. After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your file. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then reach out and we will resend it.

Printed products

Our journals and books are printed on demand and made to order especially for you. This means each order is produced fresh, so please allow time for printing before your order ships.

Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping time is added on top of that and varies by your location and the carrier. Most orders within the United States arrive within 5 to 10 business days after production, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Shipping rates and destinations

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your order, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, you will receive it by email so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Delays

Once an order leaves our print partner, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not able to control carrier delays, and busy seasons such as holidays may add time. Thank you for your patience and grace.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days at info@onthehealingjourney.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
